The “facilityUP” platform is an evolutionary interoperable solution for stakeholders in field of real estate, production facilities, infrastructure/utilities, etc., which enables to flexibly connect all kinds of digital inputs (sensors) with existing resources and data flows without the clients having to replace their existing solutions.
Automated, semiautomated, manually imported or otherwise integrated data from field of energy, environment, management, operations, production, logistics, maintenance or security can be continuously and automatically monitored on behalf of the user in the form of digital points and graphs on a selected map base – in different geographical locations simultaneously. All monitored outputs can be compared and evaluated on a single timeline in expected detail.
One of the platform’s features is the integrated “Performance Dashboard” tool, which provides instant “paper less reporting” and through which the user can share and compare their data against planned CAPEX/OPEX budgets or ESG targets. User can also set up and monitor defined KPIs online, as well as visualize data at different granularities depending on the final recipient of the report, or set up and send alerts when user-defined critical values of embedded digital objects are reached or exceeded.
